Pool closes for the season
Thank you for a great summer. The pool and clubhouse patio close Monday, September 7. Clubhouse reservations remain open year-round.

Answers to common questions
How do I get approval for an exterior change?
Complete the architectural change request form in the documents section and email it to the board with photos or a sketch. The review committee responds within 30 days. Please wait for written approval before starting work.
When and how are assessments due?
Assessments are due [monthly / quarterly / annually] on [date]. Pay [method] to the treasurer, Shelley Rucker. If you have a question about your account, use the contact form below.
How do I reserve the clubhouse?
Submit the clubhouse reservation form at least two weeks ahead. A refundable deposit of [$amount] is required and returned after the space is inspected.
What are the rules for parking, pets, and trash?
Guest parking is limited to [72 hours]. Dogs must be leashed in common areas. Trash and recycling go out the evening before pickup and bins return to the garage or side yard by the next evening. Full details are in the CC&Rs.
Who do I call in an emergency or for urgent maintenance?
For any emergency, call 911. For urgent common-area issues such as a broken gate, flooding, or fallen trees, contact a board member as soon as you can.
